The flowers have been skillfully hand crafted & uses a special, natural coating to give every petal a life-like touch & appearance.

Each petal has been infused with fine fragrance & the arrangement includes a Rose Petal perfume spray inside the box.

Directions of Use:

1. Simply place Cote Noire Perfumed Natural Touch Rose Bud Blush in the space where you would like to add a touch of fragrance.
2. If fragrance begins to fade, top up with a few spritzes of the enclosed perfume.
